Senator Paskvan, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                                                       
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 105(L&C) "An                                                                              
Act relating to the state training and employment program; and                                                                  
providing for an effective date." Without objection, the bill was                                                               
referred to the Finance Committee.
